Luftrum is a sound designer, field recordist and philanthropist who has created presets for synthesizers by Steinberg, Roland, Moog, Camel Audio, Propellerheads and U-He, to mention a few. 

 Luftrum has worked with Camel Audio on the 'Luftrum: Ambient' soundbank for Alchemy and together with Steinberg he was part of the team who made the Zero Gravity expansion for Padshop Pro come to life. Ambient pads and soundscapes are his trademark. PlugINdex did an interview with Luftrum - there's an English and German version of the interview available. Luftrum is also a Corporate Member of Save the Children and initiated fundraising campaigns in 2011 and 2012 through KVR Audio that raised over $22,000 for the organisation.
